Leadership is built over time, through experience and connection. That’s what C.A.R. Leadership Academy is all about. Each year, 20 emerging REALTOR® leaders are selected for a 12-month journey that includes interactive training, group coaching, and practical learning. Participants grow as leaders, gain confidence in their voice, and build lasting relationships with others committed to shaping the future of C.A.R. and the real estate profession.
