Eligibility Requirements:

PROFESSIONAL STANDING: You're a dues-paying California REALTOR® in good standing with at least five years of experience.

COMMITMENT TO LEADERSHIP: You demonstrate a strong dedication to expanding leadership capabilities within the real estate industry, including meaningful involvement in roles within local, state, or national associations and/or community service.

CONFLICT-FREE PARTICIPATION: No conflicts exist with your current roles that would impede full participation in the Academy. You're committed to attending eleven training sessions, at least five group coaching calls, and independent meetings with your capstone group.

LEADERSHIP GOALS: You have a clear "why" for leadership and intend to pursue roles on boards, committees, or other industry organizations. You're ready to level up and learn how to give back, enact change, and be a more effective leader.

In-person capstone presentations and graduation at C.A.R. Fall Business Meetings​
Tuition
​A one-time tuition of $1000 is required to participate in the C.A.R. Leadership Academy.
Participants are also financially responsible for their transportation and hotel stays to attend training sessions at the Winter, Spring, and Fall business meetings if those expenses are not covered by your association.
C.A.R. will cover up to $350 transportation costs and your October 20-22 hotel stay for orientation at EDGE.
